Rise Distributors Shipping Policy
1. Free Delivery to Select Industrial Areas
Rise Distributors offers free delivery to customers located within select industrial areas in the Perth metropolitan region. Eligible areas are listed in the table below.
If your business is located within one of these areas, your order will qualify for free delivery. Delivery schedules and lead times will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
2. Freight for Other Locations
For customers outside the designated free delivery areas, shipping costs are calculated based on Australia Post rates. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
3. Free Local Pickup
Customers can choose to collect their orders from our warehouse at no additional cost. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you with the pickup details, including the warehouse address and operating hours.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the time of confirmation.
- Free deliveries within eligible industrial areas are scheduled based on demand and route optimization.
- Australia Post deliveries follow standard postage times, which vary based on location and service type selected.
- Customers opting for local pickup will receive an email notification once their order is ready.
